Villages of Northpointe is a recently developed community in Northwest Houston in Tomball, Texas.  Located along 249, this development is just past Spring Cypress Rd.  Benchmark Engineering’s involvement in this project includes boundary survey, topographic survey, tree survey, flood study, grading plan, drainage plan, stormwater detention, sanitary sewer system, detention ponds, mitigation, construction staking, roadway design, sewage treatment plant design, water plant design, subdivision platting, and erosion and sedimentation control.
