Pine Mill Ranch is a 500-acre developed community south of Katy, Texas, neighboring Cinco Ranch.  Benchmark Engineering’s involvement in this project includes boundary survey, topographic survey, drainage report and plans, grading plan, stormwater detention, sanitary sewer system, detention ponds, mitigation, construction staking, roadway design, sewage treatment plant design, water plant design, subdivision platting, and erosion and sedimentation control.
