Lakes on Eldridge and Lakes on Eldridge North are custom master-planned communities in West Houston.  They are located just outside Beltway 8 and North of I-10 at the intersection of N. Eldridge Pkwy. and Tanner Rd.  Benchmark Engineering’s involvement in this project includes a boundary survey, topographic survey, tree survey, flood study, grading plan, drainage plan, stormwater detention, sanitary sewer system, detention ponds, mitigation, construction staking, roadway design, bridge design, subdivision platting, and erosion and sedimentation control.
