Summer Lake Ranch is a beautiful, developed community in Northeast Houston near Lake Houston.  Benchmark Engineering’s involvement in this project included boundary survey, topographic survey, tree survey, flood study, grading plan, drainage plan, stormwater detention, sanitary sewer system, detention ponds, mitigation, construction staking, roadway design, sewage treatment plant design, water plant design, subdivision platting, and erosion and sedimentation control.
