Churchill Farms is a 200-acre master-planned neighborhood in Katy, Texas developed by Beazer Homes. Located along FM 1463, the neighborhood offers accessibility and great amenities. Benchmark Engineering accommodated the development with utility capacity and provided enough drainage improvements while crossing TxDOT ROW with limited elevation change from its location to the downstream neighbors.
